It’s a nice concept and design. Really unique and lovely / gives you this magic vibe :) Kids absolutely loved it - great paintings and decor ✅👌🏻💯 Only thing which I didn’t like is that you charge £1.95 per adult - don’t understand this charge to be honest with you - as usually no soft play in Nottingham or nearby charges this or if they do is maximum only £1 Adults don’t play they always there to supervise the children ( without them children wouldn’t come to your soft play ) - it’s not like we are there for free there because I always order a coffee or some cake etc / so not happy about this charge if I have to be honest with you apart from that kids loved it and everything else was fine. I’m just passing my honest opinion - on top of that you don’t have any pricing board on entrance or website is not very clear as I checked it before coming - only way I found the pricing was the leaflet.

Had my Daughter’s 2nd birthday party here. She had the best day and it was all down to the wonderful staff. We were looked after the moment we walked in. We had an hour of soft play followed by a UV disco, Mascot and food platter in a private room. Then another session of soft play before leaving. All the kids loved it and we could just enjoy the day with our guests as everything was taken care of by the staff. The private room wall artwork made the room feel magical with the lights off and UV paint. It went perfectly with my Daughter’s mermaid themed party. I would certainly book a party here again.

Booked a party for my sons 7th birthday, they were really good at getting back to me with answers to my questions and really helpful making arrangements to personalise the party to our needs. There was a party host to greet us on arrival and they were helpful sorting out the cake and party room. My son had an amazing time we loved the rainbow room with all the lights.

DO NOT HOLD PARTY HERE. I don’t even know where to begin. Waited over a year to host my son’s 5th bday here. Privately held party so expensive option. Despite paying for a “VIP” package, the service received couldn’t have been any more sub standard. Staff were abrupt on entry. Kids were called back and forth from the play frame - there was no clear order to the party. Pass the parcel was not being monitored and so children missed out on winning when others won multiple times. Musical statues - sweets were given to the child that moved rather than to the child that stayed still and won the game. Mascot was baby shark yet reluctant to have pics taken with the kids - had to ask the mascot to not to walk off mid pic being taken for kids who were clearly V excited to meet baby shark. However the main reason for the review are the safeguarding concerns I had in relation to the party host who thought it was appropriate to shout aggressively at the children at different points. To the extent that one child was made to cry. Multiple parents witnessed the same and were upset with what they were seeing. The second time she shouted my sister had to tell her to stop being so angry with the kids and I had to request for the host to be removed from the party. I raised the the concerns but mainly the shouting with the owner and was met with the same passive aggressive attitude received from the staff - clear to see the staff clearly follow the example being set. To be clear this is not a monetary issue or an attempt to get a refund, the most upsetting part of this whole situation is I spent most part of my child’s party dealing with inadequate...

Facilities are clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and free, as it was a quiet weekday morning in term time. My 3 year old had lots of fun. However I don't think we'll be going back unfortunately due to the pricing structure for entrance.

3 stars as it's very expensive for what it is. I had to pay £1.95 as an adult to come in. I've never paid for entrance to a soft play as the accompanying adult; you can't bring food or drink on from outside (nice little sign on the door to let you know) so you're getting more than £2 from me for my coffee and snacks, and those of my children. But if I wanted to come with another adult, they would have to pay as well, so it's not even enjoyable for a parent with more than one child to care for. This is an unnecessary charge and one that I am not in a hurry to pay again.

Also had to pay £3.95 for my 7 month old who can't even crawl and who I hadn't intended on putting in the play area at all. He played for all of 10 minutes. Please consider allowing under 1s in for free.

It's £6.95 for a child on a weekday, goes up to £7.95 on a weekend. But that's not the real price if you consider that an adult must be there; so it's actually £8.90 for your child to play for 2 hours (was told you can only play...

Very disappointed with my daughter's party today. We chose the platinum package as it has the disco bit and we recently attended a party at another soft play whit a disco part which my daughter absolutely loved so was wuite excited about this part which turned out to be the biggest disappointment... they didn’t have children music so had to connect my own phone and use my own Internet connection as they didn’t have wi fi, the music they offered was kind of 80's blues boring music and no child was dancing, our host was super shy and couldn't entertain the children so I had to intervene and be the host myself, the room we got with our platinum package was very dark and quiet with a few disco lights which made the children react awkwarddly and run into their parents arms insted of inviting them to have fun, the activities were scheduled a bit odd as after 1h of soft play, we were put in the dark room where the children were supposed to play games first and eat afterwards although for me would've made more sense to have soft play, food, cake, and a few extra games and disco dancing in this exact order. Wouldn't recommend the platinum package to anyone and won't come back but must say the staff was overall nice and helpful, the...
