Recently moved to Beeston and decided to try the local KFC. I wish we never did. 50% of the order was wrong. The other 50% was just poor quality. My company ordered a Trilogy box. Instead of a zinger burger they replaced it with a normal fillet burger, the fillet was replaced with wings (he doesn’t eat wings), the baked beans was a tub of gravy (which I will point out was the warmest part of the meal!), then the biggest joke of all; he ordered a mini fillet burger on the side and received a standard breast piece clearly cut in half!!!! What a joke!
I ordered a three piece meal. One piece was drier than a desert, one piece was essentially a sponge that’s absorbed oil to its fullest capacity. Then finally the drumstick was stupidly salty and dry. It was crunchy but it was on the same level of crunchy as If I made crispy chicken skins!!!
UberEats refunded most of the order which was half satisfactory since if we were to order a replacement, it would cost more than the refund. Not that we would! That and we were still hungry from the amount that we couldn’t eat.
Then as if to cover up their obvious tactics, they’ve stuck the sealing sticker right over the receipt!!! Appalling experience! Never again!

Read moreStaff un-interested, I suspect over worked and probably underpaid , I placed my order and double checked with the server, as she gave my bag to me to be told "it's! all in the bag! ,YES I had to return as I hadn't been given the meal I asked for as the server thought I'd said something different 🤔 now I'm no expert but how do you get 1 Zinger tower box meal ,gravy & diet coke ,no ice , 2 hot wings ,pluss 2 extra wings , (wrong) I received 1 zinger burger ,no tower, and dipped in mayo, no salsa, no side of gravy! ( unforgivable) no hot wings , no extra wings , half a bag of cold fries , and ice in a drink I clearly asked for no ice , I returned and very politely asked for it to be put right ,a other customer said " God not yours was well? I was told I'd asked for it wrong!!??? Apparently the fries are measured using a thimble, when I showed her mine and asker her to compair with a bag on the fry station there was obviously a difference, her solution was to top up hot fires on now very cold fries ,I pointed out the mistake and I received a "TUT" 2 wings were now thrown into a bag until i pointed out id asked for 2 extra then another bag and 2( things ),of I think chicken they werent wings but i did find chicken ,under 1 unch of greasy boiled to death batter very poor KFC...
Read moreOrdered via Uber eats, boneless banquet 8 pc. We payed for priority so it would arrive hot as past experience it’s arrived lukewarm. Delivery shows up… on a bike. One gravy pot had fallen and leaked all out of the bag, so we had an empty gravy pot and the other goods packaging covered in it. Luckily we’d ordered two so wasn’t too disappointed. We poured out the food into bowls and started to eat, all of the food was cold & stale. Chicken was hard, cold & tasteless, almost like it’s been sat there all day. rice was stodgy, chips inedible as they were cold. We had a couple of bites and decided it wasn’t worth the ‘treat’ so binned it. At this point we also realised we weren’t given our drink which is part of the banquet! £26 in the bin. As we put it in the bins we noticed that the driver had left the gravy remnants all over the path(he poured it off his bag into the pavement rather than down the drain) and discarded the gravy packaging in the road. Nice littering from them. Incredibly disappointed and saddened as now we have nothing to eat & money down the drain! Have complained to Uber eats in the hope to get our money back.
