Wow so gutted to be writing this as a returning customer since it opened. I went in today after finishing a 40ish mile bike ride ending here for some food as a reward. When i walked in things seemed off i was not greeted. I asked if i could order a Loaded Casava Fries to eat in which seemed a bit off. The Employee nodded and walked back to the kitchen i had to get my self a drink out the fridge and at no point was i offered a greeting or even asked if i wanted a table. I sat outside but moved inside as it was windy and the can of pop minus even a glass was blowing off the table. I sat my self down at a table inside and awaited the glory of the Casava Loaded Fries. When they eventually arrived the employee put them on the table in front of me and just walked off she did not even give me a fork and knife top eat with. They were not what i had orderd so i had to poke my head into to kitchen to explain what i wanted again. When the attempt of the fries cam out a 2nd time it was clear no love went into making them. After eating some i realised they were just Chilli Sauce and a bit of mince/Keema. I felt as if i was being punished for there in ability to get the order correct. I ate the food as i was starving but at no stage did any one ask me if my food was okay or if i needed anything. The enviroment was terrible. When it cam to payment time i stood up and waited to pay and there machine was not working so after waiting a while i was told in a very hostile manner to pay some random persons phone i think he was a bf of one of the employees i asked if it was legit but he just put his phone out said JUST TAP and PAY. Never have i felt like this before so thats a wrap from me. I can look past the extended delivery times but to be treated like that. No thanks. I tried to contact the Owner as well but was told shes not available and wont be. So heres my reflection on an awful expierence today both food service...
Read moreI recently visited SuRano, and I must say—it was an absolute delight! The variety and quality of the food were impressive and satisfying from the first bite to the last.
We enjoyed a beautiful platter of crispy samosas, crunchy spring rolls, onion bhajis, and what seemed to be perfectly spiced cutlets. Everything was served fresh, hot, and full of flavor, complemented by tasty chutneys that added the perfect kick.
The other plate was just as exciting—featuring a delicious wrap, golden and well-seasoned cassava fries, and an assortment of dips that made every bite enjoyable. The wrap was generously filled and grilled to perfection, and the fries were a nice twist from the usual.
The presentation was clean and modern, served on metal trays with printed liners, adding a trendy street-food charm. The ambiance of the place also felt warm and inviting, ideal for catching up with friends or enjoying a casual meal.
SuRano is clearly a gem for anyone craving flavorful vegan snacks with a fusion twist. Highly recommended—I’ll...
Read moreTucked away on a side street with very few other amenities nearby, this cafe is a gem. A little shabby around the edges but clean and confidence inspiring. It's relatively accessible although the toilet has a steep up to it.
The service is friendly and very approachable. The food is excellent. This isn't food which compromises to be vegan, its just high quality delicious food which happens to be vegan. We had the street food platter and mixed kebab platter and everything was seasoned and spiced to perfection. There was more than enough for the two of us, even with my large appetite. We will be back to sample even...
