My daughter wanted to visit with a friend for a birthday day out. She had previously visited a few years ago. This was my first visit, and I was slightly disappointed. It was alot smaller than I imagined. There was a decent number of climbing walls for all abilities. I just had imagined a much bigger space than what I saw. Booking online was straightforward. I had my 8 year old son who joined my daughter and her friend. He wasnt particularly interested in climbing, although he was given the opportunity to do so. On the day of booking online, I hadn't booked the extras - stairway to heaven etc. But on the day of the visit, my daughter (and her friend) decided they wanted a turn. So I paid £3 each for them to do so. The place was pretty busy, and there isnt alot of space because you have seating, climbing etc packed into the warehouse. The staff are very good. Friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5* when it comes to the staff. I just couldn't give it 5 overall because of how small it is. I think its worth going for the experience (if you've never been), or if youre avidly into climbing. Its not somewhere myself or my children would be...

We arranged our 7 year old daughters party at Clip and Climb Tonbridge. I called the number on the website and was helped through the booking and options by Sam who was really nice and very helpful. We picked the premium package which gives the kids a slushie and ice cream as well as the usual food.

Sam and her team made sure everything was prepped and ready on the day....we had so little to do other than clip in the kids and enjoy the party. Everyone had a great time. Sam was there on the day and was so cheerful, helpful and attentive - making sure all the kids were happy, in their comfort zone and enjoying their experience.

This was easily one of the best kids parties we have had and well worth the money. I hope that the kids pick clip and climb again in future.

Huge thanks the the staff at clip and climb ...they are awesome, well trained and genuinely nice. Top...

Wasn't overly impressed to be honest far to small in the venue on entering asked for two bottles of water they said they didn't sell bottled water we went on a Sunday far to busy with children's parties .used the toilets very smelly indeed . went upstairs for a talk on safety young man spoke far to fast .clips for harnesses very fiddly kids left waiting for staff members to unclipped I suggested to staff member maybe better to show my kids how to unclipped each time rather than just keep unclipped g it each time and walking away.which he did and kids soon got the hang of it .staff very young spent alot of time chatting to each other .extra 3 pound charges for two pieces of equipment that was 3 pound each was a bit much Ithought,I personally would not go to that one again I have been...

Really good place for the kids (My 5 year old, 11 year old and his friend 11) come in filled things out, get wristbands, went to the induction room for safety training and harnesses put on and then off you go.. till they call your colour to leave. Parking was meh... but what do you expect from an industrial estate. Only thing I didn't like at this time/ day was it was way to overcrowded feel like they should of had a limit on the number of people allowed in the building as couldn't really go on much walls due to too many kids (climbing walkways are tiny) and waiting area you couldn't move at all due to so many groups of people/ partys waiting. Anyone who still go by Covid 1m/2m spacing will freak out here 🙈 Other then that.. good time/ place 👍

Clip n climb is a fun location to take your kids but it can get packed fast and isn’t large inside. - small 8 space lot and street parking - small inside with large groups - fun and challenging walls for kids - decent value for the price - parents can go in with smaller kids - lots of help available Overall, we had a great time but a large group of people were booked prior to us on a Sunday and our group at 10:30 was also pretty large. It seems like more people just kept sliding in and it was very hard to walk around and navigate the floor where the kids were climbing. There was a lot of waiting for my son, and since it was so packed, it makes me not want to come back. Not a Terrible place, they just book too many people in time slots.

My kids' first time at Clip 'n Climb Cambridge was a lot of fun. In fact, they both want to come back again. Booking online was easy, we parked about 5 minutes walk away and the venue itself was buzzing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The safety briefing was clear and easy to understand. Both kids were quickly scaling the obstacles and there was never much of a wait. If you are spectating you can get drinks and snacks although I didn't as I was too busy taking photos of my kids climbing. Both kids agreed they had a lot of fun and managed to do things they didn't think they could do. As a parent, I thought the price was very reasonable and the kids got a lot out of the session.
