Went to Upper Crust to get a "Too Good to Go" bag at 4.30pm. For ÂŁ2.99 the server allowed me to choose 1 sandwich of 3, a bacon bap or a sausage/bacon/egg bap, and a dessert (pastry or muffin for example). Love having a choice! Really good value via Too Good to Go. Would be nice to have ketchup or brown sauce on offer with the bap but overall, really pleased with the food. Server asked me to repeat "almond croissant" three times, then stated I had to choose something, to which I pointed to it, said it louder, and explained how I am from North America. A good learning moment about different ways English speakers pronounce the same word so it is understood next time. The almond croissant was enjoyed before I could take a picture of it.

I picked up a tuna cucumber sandwich and a chocolate muffin for my lunch… literally made my day. The sandwich was so tasty and looked fresh. I had a great service from the staff and im gonna come back for sure to try out the rest of the sandwiches.

Review It’s hard to quantify a review for the handing out of a mass-produced baguette on a busy train platform. I wanted food, I got food.

Remember when bread was a shilling, and ham was free? Memories are hazy, but I’m pretty sure there was a time when a small sandwich filled with ingredients didn’t cost what mortgages were in 1960’s. “Young people these days, lazy.” “Yeah you old witch? My baguette was the price of your bungalow.”

None of this matters anyway, so five stars you get. The atmosphere at the train station, with the sound of shifting tracks and hubbub of passengers mixed with the aroma of egg and fried coffee beans was magical. I’m surprised Harry Potter wasn’t filmed here! This baguette maybe cost me lots of money but I might be surprised, I might never be...

Ordered a TooGoodToGo to be collected today from 17:00 to 17:45PM. Spent about half an hour asking where it was and running about in the cold and found out I had to actually be inside the train station. Luckily they let me in when I showed them I had an order and didn’t have to pay, but it was freezing and it was very hard to find until I went to the train staff. I arrived at 17:15PM and they were shut, I checked my bank and they have also took my money. It also says on Google they’re open until 6PM today, so 💀...
