A massive let down. Overpriced and slow service. We were shown in by someone without any smile or warm welcome. Given two tatty laminated menus and pretty much left for five minutes. Our order was taken, and we ordered a waffle with two scoops of ice cream, topped with rolos and jammy dodgers. Toppings were £1 each, so we didn’t go crazy as we were expecting a lot (plus the price was already too high). I didn’t take a photo (I wish I had), but for £2 of toppings we had four individual rolos and one (1) jammy dodger biscuit. That was an absolute joke. Service was minimal and I ended up taking the bill to the counter myself to pay and get out. I wouldn’t want to inconvenience the staff behind the till who were busy standing around. It was not a busy evening so no excuse for poor service. The prices charged imply more. More was not offered. That is my one and only time going there.

If I could leave no starts I would!! We sat down at 20:15 told there was a 15 minute wait for food. That’s not much of a problem but was surprised as it was not busy?? After 30 minutes we finally had our order taken another 30 minutes later we had enough waiting and went home. We witnessed the unorganised staff take food to tables then them sending the food back wrong and one had not even ordered there’s yet!! After hearing good reports about this place we purposely didn’t have dessert where we ate our mains to come here. What a let down.

I recently visited Creams and tried their delicious desserts along with the Chicken Fiesta, which was surprisingly tasty! The desserts, especially the waffles and ice creams, were rich and full of flavor. The Chicken Fiesta was well-seasoned and a great savory addition to the meal. Hussnain, our server, was exceptional—polite, attentive, and ensured we had a great experience. His outstanding service really enhanced our visit. Definitely recommend for anyone craving both savory and sweet treats!

AWFUL, WAITER COULD DO WITH A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We walked in and were put on a table right next to the door which was dirty and had no cutlery. The restaurant was relatively empty but we were put right next to another table. He then came to take our order (Could barley understand what he was saying as he mumbling/couldn’t speak much English) and refused to give us tap water and told us we HAD to buy bottles, I then got a Fanta which when given to me was warm. He then came over with one plate which wasn’t what we had ordered and put it on the table without saying what it was, I then told him it wasn’t what I’d ordered and he then had to ask me what I had actually ordered even tho I pointed to what I wanted in the first place. Then when he bought the other two desserts over he just put it on the table and when we asked him which one it was he didn’t know so we then had to look inside to try and guess which was which. He never apologised for bringing over the wrong order and wasn’t polite at all. He never came over to check if out food was all ok. This is our second time coming and both times we’ve had the same bad experience. Will not be paying the included service charge as the service was...

Don't go to Creams unless you have nothing to do all day but wait to be served and enjoy being treated like an inconvenience when served by the staff! I went to Creams for the first time a couple of days after they had first opened; the service was painfully slow to say the least... It took them over half an hour to serve our table of two while the place was almost empty and there was only a table waiting to be served before us! The desserts arrived and were smaller than expected and average. Anyway, we thought that maybe it was worth a second chance and decided to have something to take away during the intermission at the cinema. We asked the staff beforehand to see how long it would take to prepare the milkshakes and they said 10 minutes... Thinking that we should be well in time, we went ahead and ordered. After 20 minutes had passed, we enquired after our drinks to be told that it would be another 10 minutes! This meant that we had to leave without being served at all, as we would miss the beginning of the film. We thought about asking for a refund but were so fed up and could see that would definitely take them over 10 minutes, so just decided to leave. Overall,...

If I could describe my experience at creams in one word it would be, ‘crap!’ I’m pretty sure the guy serving us was high and everything me and my friends ordered was served to us wrong. The waiter changed all 4 of our orders and got them wrong again and when we complained the waiter responded ‘oh I’m still half asleep’....not very impressive. I then gave up and cancelled my order and my friends ate something they didn’t order. This sh*t show took over an hour, maybe the task of putting premade frozen ice cream onto a waffle is more complex then I realise. Oh and we still never received our drinks, obviously boiling water and bringing two teas was too much of a reach...

Also in case no has noticed the good reviews on here are obviously written by the staff at Creams themselves. The contrast of reviews and how they are only ever 1 star (which is from genuine customers) and then 5 stars (which are obviously written by the manager at creams) is embarrassing and laughable. Instead of writing fake positive reviews on google maybe the staff at creams should just provide an acceptable level of...
