They've done well in what looks like a small office building. I, along with my friends, took on the pirate room, which wasn't one you had to escape, but a challenge that fitted well in this venue.

60 minutes in the room, there's lots to interact with, and the puzzles are very well thought out. There's a lot of cool tricks and features used to make each exercise worth it. And it gives you a real sense of achievement when you progress.

If you get stuck, there are cues given depending on your progress, and the time, so there's something to assist those who struggle.

There's are various different themes available, with new themes being worked on, this venue will be offering different challenges throughout the year. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic about their job and the venue.

Received a gift voucher for here for my birthday, when trying to redeem this online, the website began to have problems and completely cleared everything from my basket. Everything began to jumble after this, and ended up having 2 time slots in my basket, which I then removed one, however it had added the wrong time slot, which was due to start in less than an hour and we live an hour away. When we tried to get this changed to a different time slot, different day or receive a refund we were told that they wouldn't give us anything back as it was our problem. I understand we made a mistake in booking the wrong time slot but to not be able to fit us in anywhere else when I have looked on the website and nearly every slot on all different rooms were free seems very bad to me. Had a disappointing time at Escape Room Kent. We had been to the one in Faversham and thought it was great so booked a room in Canterbury for my birthday. The welcome and explanation of the room wasn’t as good as Faversham but fine. Our main issue was that one vital part of the escape was missing from our room! We spent over 10 minutes looking for something that wasn’t in the room but should have been. Someone then just walked in and said ‘oh, do you not have this?’ With no real apology or explanation. Our ‘escape’ was just a real let down after that and we weren’t told how long it took us or the leaderboard (as we were in Faversham) I’ve emailed twice about this and just got zero response!
