I... Like... It... It's very professional service Good looking pub I been there for the try to Ekmek / Pide... I was delicious. I try white cheese and mince once. Both of them was so tasty. Also I try to "Shepherd's Salad" Unfortunately I am not saying same thing to salad. Yes it's good but it's not the same taste in Istanbul. I talked with chef aswell. He was a professional in his job. And "pide" was the same in Istanbul. It's very professional copy of them. Definitely same taste (or it's very very similar) in Turkey. Congratulations. As a Turk, I can say you can eat "pide" in here. A little advice to chef: all the cucumber, tomatoes and peppers should be chopped much smaller. And please peel all of the cucumbers and tomatoes. (I know it is not my proficiency but I come from Turkey, I already know how to prepare) I'm thinking of going to "White Hart Inn" more. I recommend you to go and try "PIDE" especially. Thank you.

A decent Shepherd Neame pub with a nice garden on the outskirts of Canterbury not far from Canterbury East Station. I enjoyed a nice pint of Bear Island and a Turkish style pizza in their beer garden. Both were served promptly and was reasonably priced. The selection of the menu was quite small but the food very tasty. I chose an Iberian Pide which is basically a Turkish style pizza with serrano ham and chorizo which was very nice and I definitely recommend. The garden was nice with some parts undercover and other seating areas further back in the sun giving people a good option where they can sit. A very good pub which I will definitely return to again when I'm next in Canterbury.

We've chosen The White Hart Inn as a venue for my to-be sister-in-law's hen do. It was absolutely amazing! Stunning location, very central, walking distance to Canterbury center. They had the tables all set up for us outside under their covered seating area. Keith and his team are ever so friendly and accommodating. They even gave the bride a prosecco on the house We will all surely be back!! Thanks Keith & team

Was very busy but a plate of nachos with beans took almost 2 hours to come to the table (ordered at 8PM, arrived a fraction before 10PM). By the time they arrived the quiz we attended was finishing and we wanted to leave. It was late and I had work the next morning, and was relying ton the pub for a spot of dinner as I hadn't eaten since lunch. Would have been nice to be advised of the wait time prior to ordering food, and have been given an more accurate estimate when I checked on the order one hour into waiting, as by 10PM I had no appetite and found it too late to eat. £8.00 wasted. The White Hart always put on a great quiz night however customers should be notified of wait times when the kitchen is busy. Apart from the busy kitchen concerns and potential issues around time management the...

Dreadful .4 of us arrived at lunchtime, and with drinks ordered 3pie and chips and one beefburger with cheese and chips. The none to special pies arrived an hour later with over cooked chips on cold plates. The burger arrived without the cheese, was sent back and reappeared 20 minutes later , again on a cold plate . In complaining we were told it was because they were short staffed but we were the only ones in the pub. Three of us have been in a front line customer service industry for 85 years so we are not difficult customers and we do understand things go wrong, but it's how you recover that makes the difference and making us feel it was our fault is definately not the solution. After all what's so difficult about pie chips and...
