Sleepy Elephant Thai Massage — Attraction in Cheltenham

From the moment I arrived, Tuck was extremely welcoming. Her room was spotless, warm, she'd even put on some soft music and, at my request, carried out the massage with the lights off. Then the real magic began. I suffer from dreadful tension and knots in my upper back, shoulders and neck; by the time Tuck had finished, I was utterly exhausted, totally relaxed and all the tension was gone. Following her expertise as a masseuse, Tuck was even kind enough to make me a cup of tea!

I don't know if it was because it's Christmas, or my first visit, but Tuck went way over the half hour, and even gave my legs, arms and head a massage. I had a full package thai massage and reflexology session with Tuck over the weekend, and already am trying to decide when my next visit will be.

The treatment room is within the Cotswold Physio Clinic meaning that there's nothing special about the room (think doctor's office but less painfully white!), but Tuck counters this with a pleasant looking treatment table, dimmed lighting and relaxing music. Once your eyes are closed, the music is all that really matters!

The massage itself was wonderful. A mix of pressure, stretching and kneading that I only wished could last twice as long, lovely scented oil used, and no rush to get ready or to leave. I can't say I have a single bit of criticism to give. It was a wonderful experience, and I am definitely going to return....

One of the most beautiful massage experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, I felt completely looked after and genuinely cared for. A lovely touch was when she gently tied my hair back for me .. such a small gesture, but it really added to how thoughtful and attentive the whole experience was.

The pressure throughout the massage was absolutely perfect, not too firm, not too light, and I left feeling deeply relaxed and so much less stressed than when I walked in. Every detail was considered and the whole experience was calming and comforting in the best possible way.
