Forever Vintage Nicolson St. — Attraction in City of Edinburgh

Travelling in Edinburgh and saw the pop-up shop in the mall. Probably the best vintage store I've been in and this wasn't even their full shop.

The staff was incredibly friendly and even distracted my grandad so I could spend more time looking at their clothes.

They have the largest selection of good condition Carhartt I've ever seen at a vintage or consignment store. They also have great vintage tees, a decent selection of NBA/NFL/NCAA jackets, and a variety of everything else including some more exclusive brands.

I seriously cannot commend the curation enough. Most vintage stores I've been to have a few pieces with stains and tears but everything here was clean and in great condition save an aglet on one sweatshirt.

Amrit Gold at Vintage Outfitters is truly kind and so helpful. My husband and I are visiting Edinburg from the US. Our baggage was lost and we were feeling very tired and in need of some help. She offered wonderful help getting us the Energy drink hookup via PRIME ENERGY drinks and also recommendations for places to replace our clothing for our dinner reservations. Ok guys this is THE cleanest thrift store i’ve ever been to! You literally feel like a neat laundry here (not those weird refresher kind). Plus a nice collection of mainly sporty and causal stuff.

I mean thrifting is enjoyable but it can also be a pian for someone with sensitive noses, esp a musty shop like some armstrong (they have amazing pieces worth tons of sneezes 🤧). But isn’t it nice to grab home some clean and well-cared clothes to save you a lot of time getting rid of the musty vintage and sneezing smell? Love...
