Tring Park — Attraction in Dacorum

Very nice and large for good walk. Didn't explore the whole area. We had visited the Natural History museum which is located close by. There is a path next to the car park which croses over the main road to Tring Park. What's very nice and different is there was cows just wondering over close to you with no barriers or fences, they were in the same field. Wouldn't be to good for dog walks as they may start chasing the cows, plus there are many signs asking for all dogs to be on leads. Definitely would...

You can kill two birds with one stone if you're visiting Tring Natural History Museum and asked to leave early in order to let others in due to overcrowding. This ancient woodland is associated with museum founder Walter Rothchild anyway because he had once kangaroos, emus and other exotic animals roaming around here. Various trails meander over a landscape with an abundance and diversity of flora and fauna to be discovered.
