Seaclose Park — Attraction in Eastleigh

Seaclose Park has pretty much everything. Located close to the centre of Newport, it has large open, tree lined spaces for football, playgrounds and exercise equipment for the kids. Great festival and a huge venue with lots of walking between the various stages, more to see than time available, but different music artists making it interesting. Lovely park that goes alongside the river. Footpaths are of decent quality, with plenty of pathways through the arboretum area and cutting across the park greenery itself. Parking is quite expensive as the nearest council car park is seaclose road which are short stay car parks. Users of the leisure centre, can however park there and walk through the wooded area...
