Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Fenland District

My wife's Mint infusion was lovely and hot, although it took ages to be served, notwithstanding there being three staff behind the counter and only one customer ahead of us. I ordered an Earl Grey tea, which having sat down, I found I had been given a Breakfast tea instead. This also turned out to be only luke warm and if I had this at home, it would have gone down the sink. Checking the receipt, the assistant had entered it wrongly on the till, even though I had asked twice for an Earl Grey! As we were in a hurry by now, I did not complain, thinking it would take an absolute age to put this right. I am also not in the habit of making online reviews - only where I think there is a problem which needs sorting...

I visited Costa coffee in Wisbech today, I arrived to order coffee for myself and my work colleagues as a treat on a Friday. I was rudely welcomed by the staff member Lauren, she was moaning at the fact I had an order for 8 coffees and stated that she would not have been doing this if she had her way. Very poor customer service and manners from the girl. I will not be visiting there again for my coffee which is a shame but I refuse to pay for such poor service. I would like to mention that the young man there was as polite and lovely as always, shame about his team member...

I don't know how Lauren got this job but she is definitely not suitable for it. Went to order coffees for my team this morning. Gave a list with 8 names and she kicked off saying she won't do it. Luckily her colleague agreed to serve us. I don't care how bad your day is, but you don't take it out on your customers. Very rude, unprofessional. If you don't want to do coffees find another job and don't ruin Costa reputation and my day by coming in to work with an attitude. Previously I was always getting a good service but won't be returning in the future. And do not...
