Visited Bonk & Co and were very disappointed with how dismissive and pompous the staff were because the chimney opening in our home wasn't as large as those in their showroom (!!!). One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Even though my stove is out of warranty the owner drove down to support me in figuring out a solution to a material issue with the stove and has gone way above the service I expected and my stove is now burning brightly again and most importantly warming the house.
