Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in England

We found a piece of hair in our food, told a member of staff about it. He didn’t apologise or said anything, just took our half eaten food away. For the next 10 mins, no one spoke to us. Then a new plate of food arrived at our table. By now, I have no appetite and was surprise as we didn’t ask for a new plate of food (no one spoke to us or gave us any options). I found the duty manager and spoke to her on the side as I didn’t want to make a scene about it. She was not interested and asked “where is the hair then?”. Luckily, it was left on our table. Love this cafe! A really nice change in comparison to other in store cafes/restaurants and actually feels like a cafe which is nice. I love the food the one I have a lot of the time is the all day breakfast and they are really great because I can take away and add what I like which is amazing as a lot of places don't do swaps. The food is always cooked to perfection in my opinion, never had a 'snotty egg' there. Always enjoy it and amazing prices! Can't wait for it to reopen...

Tesco Cafe in Tower Park, Poole. Such friendly and helpful staff. The Manager carla was so kind. And the kitchen person marilyn/lyn was very helpful & brought our food out which was so fresh & breakfast bap was yummy. Definitely going back. The service was fast & cleanliness amazing....
