Burger King — Restaurant in England

So to start, we have to wait 20 minutes for our food to arrive. I would understand if there was 500 people ordering at once, but it was just us and one other couple in here. They kept prioritising the delivery’s and the drive thru window. Now, the food finally arrives after waiting a lifetime and it is quite literally inedible some of it. The fanta frozen tasted like dust. The chicken royale burger came pretty much as a piece of charcoal and the chips were unsalted and to make it worse, were just about warm. Now let’s move on to the facilities, the mens lavatory was quite literally shocking. The floor was soaking, you could float a boat on the amount of water on the floor. Don’t get me wrong they had wet floor signs up but if you’re aware of the wet floor then clean it up no? Now, the one of the taps in the men’s toilets were broken. When I say broken I don’t mean they didn’t turn on, oh no no Infact they sprayed me from at least a meter away from the basin. I had an unwanted shower in the Burger King toilets and I went to report it to a worker and all I got was we are aware and an apology that was most definitely not apologetic in any way.

Visited today with my family, ordering the food and when asked about the burgers our server knew nothing, offered us a meal of 20 nuggets when it doesn't come in a meal.... after waiting for quite a while we were handed our lunch only to find that not one thing was hot and only luke warm at a push (which was quite handy for the 2yo twins we had with us but not the rest) the chips were extremely salty even on the kids meals and the chicken nuggets were dry and very hard to eat. Most were left. We ordered 2 fantas and both came out tasting of only soda water (guessing the syrup had run out) a man took them from me with no word and handed me two more from a different machine. No explanation or apology. Visited the toilet..... ladies smelt awful the floor was wet in places the toilet roll was sparse and limited to one stall, the soap was out and only one tap was workkng. I personally havent visited burger king in around 5 years and with this experience I wont be visiting again...

Food was bearable but they have a MASSIVE RAT INFESTATION!!! Whilst waiting for our food to be brought round to the car park after waiting nearly ten minutes outside the drive through window, my daughter was spotting the rats out the car window running around the carpark and restaurant. I think we got to 4 by the time the food arrived. When notifying the staff member who bought the food over he replied "not our problem, it's the management". I kinda guessed that it would be the managements responsibility to sort out a pest control contractor and I wasnt asking him personally to go and exterminate them, just merely hoping he may pass on the message to make the managers aware that it needs to be sorted asap on hygiene grounds, although I think that may have been wishful thinking. I'm sure we were both fluent in english, however the lost expression on his face suggests something was lost in...
