
Livingston skatepark was built in 1981 and is the oldest skatepark in Scotland. It is a category B listed historical structure, which means it can never be torn down.
The original area of the park is of course, showing its age and is quite difficult to skate. There is however a smaller newer section with small quarter pipes, a flatbar and ledge and euro gap/hubba combo.

Read moreThis place is amazing. These people here are doing big rolling hoops on their bike, skateboard, scooters and rolling skates. Jumping and hopping and rolling about everywhere. There is a play park with slides swings chutes and roundabouts right beside it. Plenty seating for the mums and dads. This is a fabulous place. When I was there I was talking to the people using it and they told me they just love it and is the single best place to be in this area of Livingston.
