I ordered the “spicy mayo chicken royale” and it had bacon in it. I FYI: EATING PORK IS A SIN IN MY CULTURE. Thanks BURGER KING MANAGER for making me bite BACON which I never have done in my life.

After my second bite, I tasted something off in my chicken burger and took back to the manager who said “IT COMES WITH BACON WITH A RUDE FACE BEFORE I ASKED ANYTHING”. And did nothing about the burger. No apologies or renewed food.
Dear Ms.MANAGER, Did you give that burger out of charity? I paid in full of the due amount to have food. You have no rights to talk to a customer that way. Limit your attitude to your employees and not to customers.. I am definitely escalating this to every possible top. I am 100% sure it should be a mistake but she was not willing to accept it. Read moreCustomer service was appalling, Tried to order via the machines as the advised they were serving no one at the desk, the machines would not take the voucher codes we had so we were abruptly told to go down and sort it at the desk to which we waitied around 10 minutes for one of the staff to notice and acknowledge us then a further 10 minutes for someone to come assist to to be abruptly told by her in an incredibley rude manner that the machines will take that code and to go away, which we replied they weren't taking it, in which the manager at the time argued with us that we were doing something wrong or typing the code wrong, so it then actually took us another 10/15 minutes for her to actually process the order. Read moreI popped into the Centre late Tuesday afternoon to do a little shopping and really fancied a Bacon Double Cheese Burger. I couldn't see a way to order on the screens and pay with cash. So I went to ask a member of staff, to say the girl behind the counter was rude is an understandment! Not only that but apparently you no longer have cash on the premises anymore. So despite cash still being legal tender I was turned away because at that time I didn't have any credit or debit cards with me! If it is indeed the case that you don't have cash on premises and you are therefore refusing to serve those who are unable to pay by card. I wouldn't of mind so much had the staff member not such an attitude on her!
