I recently bought a golf shirt as a present and was promised delivery to my home address a week later via UPS. However two weeks later no sign of. I checked UPS tracking to discover that my parcel had been delivered 4 days previously!. I spent another week searching for my parcel with no luck so tried UPS but got no sense out of them so went to st andrews themselves eventually cancelling the order and asking for my money back which I did receive 5 weeks later. However the story has yet another twist because I later had a call from a local store saying that UPS had left my parcel with them as a drop off point. The moral of this is do not order from anywhere that does not tell you that you goods will not be delivered to your door as promised and does not chase this up on your behalf when asked.
