I cannot recommend Olivia’s Boutique in Keynsham highly enough! From the moment we walked in, both Crystal and Olivia went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect dress. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire experience so special and stress-free.

Crystal was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire visit. She made my daughter feel at ease, took the time to understand exactly what she was looking for, and offered expert guidance with so much care and attention to detail. Crystal’s enthusiasm, encouragement, and warm personality turned what could have been a daunting experience into one full of excitement and confidence. Thanks to her, my daughter left with the perfect dress and the biggest smile on her face.

My daughter had a wonderful experience choosing her prom dress from Olivia’s Boutique. We didn’t feel at all rushed as she tried on many different styles and colours. When we whittled it down to a couple, we were able to try those styles on again. Not at all pressured to decide on the spot which allowed us a couple of days to think it over. It was also reassuring knowing that no one else would be sold that style at her school. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a prom dress. We will be back when it’s the smallest one...

Fantastic range of dresses and very reasonable prices. Booked a prom dress fitting and the service was absolutely fantastic. A really wonderful experience..... And she said yes to the dress!! Thoroughly recommend...
