A recent addition to Keynsham's bustling high street. Plenty of tables along with overstuffed leather armchairs and some antique-style decoration makes for a wholly pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of staff along with a friendly and efficient service. Expect queues, especially on weekends. A range of panini options and a seasonal drinks menu are worth exploring. Family friendly with a range of options for children, but also quite comfortable for the lone diner that wants nothing more than a sit down and a read of a good book with a mug of something tasty.
On this particular occasion I chose the turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce panini with an accompanying mug of hot chocolate. The panini was generous in size and arrived at my table within five minutes. If I'm going to have to be picky I would say that the panini could have done with perhaps a couple more minutes in the grill and the outside was satisfyingly warm and crispy, but the inside was less so. The hot chocolate was rich and thick, and clearly of a good quality.

Read moreLovely coffee venue and food. Just shame some staff dont understand customer service. We ordered a few cakes and a number of various drinks and the cakes were put onto one plate I asked politely can I have each cake separately on a plate each. This seemed a difficult request to ask for as the guy said he wanted to fit the assortment of cakes and 4 drinks onto one try . Well some things maybe vegetarian and may touch somethings which may not be After I separated all the cakes onto plates while he looked on and didnt seem to like me doing he then proceeded to just put the drinks on the counter with no tray so i made a few journeys back and forth with food and drink to our table and finally sat down . One thing I must say it did give my party...
Read morePretty poor honestly. Bought a spiced chai which was ok, (Bigger available for the same price across the road at Costa) and a strawberry cream frappe (which tasted like a heavily watered down crusha milkshake). Pretty awful at £3.30! Had a breakfast burrito (which was stone cold and instead of giving us a fresh one when we complained they just shoved it back in the microwave) and a chicken mozzarella and pesto ciabatta (which was dry and tasteless). Staff were quite rude when I asked if I was at the right place at the counter to make an order also. To make it worse the staff decided to clear our table before I’d even finished my drink! Will never come back here, overall one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. Shame as I’d heard...
