The quality taste and value for money was exceptional. As good takeaway food we've ever had. Got a little box meal, everything was done nicely. Margharita pizza was enjoyed by all, 3 chicken strips were succulent, small hotshot parmo was really delicious, donner meat was tasty and the chips were crispy but fluffy inside and must've had some kind of invisible speciap salt on them that was an unexpected bonus. Really tasty. I should've ordered a garlic sauce but it wasn't missed as everything was restaurant quality for only £11.19 collected. Small discounts for 1st order. Usually £12 lol We had been to Boro (from hartlepool) and decided to pick something up for getting home. I'd definitely make the drive to go again. Can't speak highly enough...

First of all, the customer service from this take away is exceptional, nothing like I have EVER experienced from a take away (I have eaten from a lot of take aways). All staff I have had the pleasure of communicating with have been very polite, happy and pleasant. Secondly, the food, WOW!! It is exactly as it looks in the menu, it is cooked to perfection with very generous portion sizes (which is very important). The food is tasty and and filling, with little to no grease. Papa Mafs is now my take away of choice and recommendation, I will not be going anywhere else! We are now a very satisfied family of take away lovers. Thank you Papa Maf...
