Visited with some friends for food today, I was really impressed with the staffs knowledge of the menu and allergies. I was asked before placing my food order if I had any allergies (I'm gluten intolerant so always ready to tell the staff, but was great to see the staff were trained to ask straight away as it is easy to forget sometimes!) It was pretty busy at the time and I could tell there was something happening with the food orders at the time, but the lady serving me was calm and sorting out the issues, she informed me the food might be a little bit longer whilst they caught up. This was fine for us! The food turned up after no longer than 15 minutes, piping hot and perfect! Drinks prices also are brilliant, I was told they have offers on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which was brilliant! Had sausage and mash here which was lovely. My brother had the fish and chips. The fish and chips looked like a child's portion but was OK for a light bite . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the downstairs disabled toilet was a disgrace. It smelled like a man's urinal and was filthy . Their is a baby changing station on the wall . There is no way I would ever take a baby or a disabled person into this toilet. The key is left in the door so obviously everyone is going to choose this toilet rather than go further. I totally think that they need to rethink the leaving of the key in the door plus buy a bottle of bleach and scrub the...

Ordered an all day breakfast and a bacon and cheese burger meal. Firstly no bacon on the burger had to ask someone who the brought out half a slice of bacon ten minutes later. The breakfast was for me and what a mess. Everything was dumped in the beans. The fried eggs on top where hard yolks and one broken. The butter for my toast was literally in the middle of the beans and liquefied when I opened it. The food wasn't any real standard and the service was lacklustre at best.
