Grubbs Diner — Restaurant in England

This place used to be lovely however its gone right downhill, the cheapest of the cheapest ingredients, I had chicken curry and chips if you can call it that, the chips aren't actually chips they are French fries and very poor portions and the chicken curry is just powdered curry sauce with a bit of chicken threw in, for chips and chicken curry for £5 you expect to at least be full but because of the deception of the so called chips I was still starving and went to subway after, my partner had a breakfast and he says it wasn't that good either. I have always used grubbs diner for years. But recently visited and was very dissapointed. I ordered a cheeseburger with onions as usual. When I picked it up the grease just dripped from the bun. I asked for a replacement and waited 5 mins for thought they had forgotten abt me. I'd already finished my coffee then asked abt my burger it eventually came. Not much different from the first one took one bite and left the rest. All new staff been going in there for at least 8 yrs before their son Paul passed away Very Very dissapointed.
