Playland Amusements: Redcar — Attraction in Great Britain

Try to go on a day when there aren’t as many children and families, Half the arcades were broken, out of tickets or had someone breathing over your shoulder waiting for you to leave. I would not recommend this amusement, the lack of staff members were unhelpful and everything seemed to be breaking at a moments notice. For an amusement with many arcades the biggest game you play is the waiting game, long line to change coins, long line to count tickets because only 2 out of 6 were working and long line to collect your prize. Absolutely awful. Manager a con artist. Treats people with absolute disrespect. Gives preferential treatment to the people in his workforce who he can receive benefits from. Treats others like something on the bottom of his shoe. Gives chores to SOME of his staff which are against the law, however allows others that he spends fun time with to come into to work when they want. We visit quite often and have always had great service from the staff, they're always really helpful and friendly! My daughter has autism and sometimes struggles with new people, but the staff are so lovely with her, Matthew helps if the toys get stuck in the machine and Imogen has been so patient and lovely on the prize stand with her!
