Got 5 stars for service as I served myself and didn't keep myself waiting or throw my food down the conveyor belt. Made the mistake of buying a treat in the form of Morrisons own, custard flavour doughnuts. Only 89p! Don't waste your money. They're just dough balls sprinkled with sugar and lacking anything remotely resembling a filling. In Morrisons rather clever description, they do say "custard flavour" and NOT custard filling. These don't have a filling, maybe 2 from 5 had a trace of something yellow on the inside ( probably custard) When you ask someone what they would expect to find, it would be a filling not trace flavour! Other noticeable downward spirals include smaller quantities of some butter for increased prices. Fewer sweets for more money, less cashiers and more self service torture. Don't buy the Christmas sweets offer of any 2 bags of quality street ect for £5 (each bag contains 300g) One tub contains 600g but costs £4 Don't get scammed by clever marketing ploys! Look at price per g ect on packaging. The larger packs are rarely better value for money. Morrisons fleacing people in times of hardship for many.

A positive visit to this busy bustling cafe . Decked out in the familiar pastel shade chairs and modernised table style . The cafe has the additional screen ordering service which I bypassed to get service . I ordered my meal at the till without any problems and the lady at the till stopped everything and collected my pot of tea ,knife, fork, spoon etc and cleared chairs away from the disabled labelled table . The table was about the best one I have sat at so far ! I was able to slide the front of my chair including my legs under the raised table without banging my legs !! It actually allowed me to eat my food without having to bend for it !! All Morrison should have these . I was given plenty of room too. The fish and chips were hot and tasty a d the service time can’t be faulted considering how busy they were!!

I only dropped in for a meal after visiting Redcar Carboot Sale, and I wish I hadn't. We ordered the beef dinner, what arrived was a throwabout of frozen veg, wafer thin tough sliced beef, oversalted horrendous tasting gravy that was starting to lump over, and smash (instead of fresh mashed potatoes). Morrisons is great as a weekly shop. The cafe food is just dire.

Staff at the cafe were lovely no complaints there, however total different story when you're in the store, miserable and rude staff and don't even try to get a fresh made pizza from the counter. One particular member of staff always goes walkabout as soon as you approach the counter. Same woman does this every time and I've watched her do it to other customers. Once after being stubborn and refusing to move until I'd been served she eventually came over but with an attitude, tried to engage her in conversation all I got was she was sick of looking at pizzas! Well, sorry about that love but you're actually being paid to do the job. I'm fed up of coming into Morrisons and having being dealt with my miserable, unhelpful staff but I keep smiling and treat them with respect. Other counters are like a mad house, shouting and totally unprofessional.

I've rated one star for the cafe staff as no complaints with them and for the comedy value.

my friend has just received a parking ticket from the firm Parking Eye who Morrisons are using to in my opinion extort motorist who shop there of their hard earned cash. The alleged offence was back in May 2017 yet she has only just been informed of the ticket. My friend is disabled and took over three hours to complete her shopping as she has to take breaks. There were no ticket machines working as they were covered up with hoods so she couldn't buy a ticket. I have been trying to phone Morrison Redcar but all I get is the usual message saying they are busy and to phone back later. How is my friend supposed to fight a ticket given last May when she didnt know she had been fined until saturday 9th October 2017. Parking Eye will not listen, and it appears Morrisons dont want to answer their phones. I would say to people please boycott all Morrisons stores until they remove Parking Eye from...
