Pacittos (High Street) — Restaurant in England

Went to the takeaway window and payed for a latte and what I got was a filter coffee with hot milk I questioned it and was told they do lattes with filter coffee at the takeaway but serve latte in the cafe I said I would rather pay for the cafe price but get what I ask for i got told that's fine but I would have to walk into the cafe for it impossible with a dog! I then said just forget it and wasn't offered my money back! 20 years in catering and hospitality and this is the first time this has happend unfortunately trading standards would have a problem with this shop selling a latte which is a espresso with heated milk as a watery filter coffee with hot till the burnt my mouth shamefully tbh and not impressed at all won't...

Yesterday 8th July around 1.30pm we called in for a coffee. The place was quite busy and the lady behind the counter was working very hard to keep orders going plus the ice cream window. We sat down and I noticed a second member of staff chatting to her friends. We waited and waited and waited for our order to be taken but no luck as the waitress was too engrossed in her private conversation. Eventually the waitress behind the counter called her to come back which she eventually did but with no rush. Needless to say we walked out. Like a step back to the 1950s / 60s. An ice-cream parlour serving classics such as their Lemon Top (a vanilla ice-cream swirl topped with a small scoup of lemon sorbet) and teas & coffees and light snacks & refreshments.

The shop comes in two separate parts: a seafront tea room with a window ice-cream serving hatch on the pavement and a similar arrangement on the high street.
