Rituals — Attraction in Great Britain

I cannot speak more highly of Rituals store in Cheshire Oaks. It is so well run and the staff are always happy and professional. I am usually a soap and water kind of person but now I've been totally converted! The prices are so affordable and the quality of the products is amazing.

The staff in the store are very respectful of the fact that sometimes you just want to browse but also are at hand when you need information. They have Incredibly good memories for the products I have previously purchased and will give information about new products that compliment the other products.

My own personal bug bear is, that I wish the store was slightly bigger because I believe they have even more to offer.

The care and attention they give is second to none. They account for my disability and ensure that I have space to manouve and that I can access every product I want to try. I have now introduced many friends and family too. I've not been to any other store because I...

This has quickly become my favourite shop on Cheshire Oaks. The place smells gorgeous as you walk in and the lighting shows the products well without being too bright. Excellent range of fragrances, skincare, bath products, candles.....

Okay, it’s not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for here. The staff are all immaculately presented, knowledgeable and you can tell they love their jobs. Their positivity is infectious and they are an absolute credit to the shop. These girls should run courses in the commercial sector on how to interact with customers - sadly lacking in so many shops these days.

The only negative point I can think of is that I had to go back the following day and pick up another aftershave which then found itself at the till accompanied by a wonderfully scented bubble bath.

Love there products my husband ordered me an advent calendar online & can't wait to start it. But shopped at the cheshire oaks store at the weekend for gifts for my daughter, I asked an assistant about a gift set in the jing range but they had sold out. She very kindly said she would look in the back stock & came back to offer me a slightly damaged box with 10% discount I was happy to purchase. Sadly i noticed the customer before me was treated so nice but when it was my turn he just changed & i felt like I was being rushed & I felt like he wasn't interested because I was purchasing the gift set with the discount even tho I had added other items in my basket .
