Read moreInadequate staff, i do not recommend.
When enquiring about a menu, i was ignorantly pointed to the front of the store, as if this was too much effort for her... I reluctantly walked all the way back to the entrance to pick up a menu... it did not list what i needed.
After realising the menu was useless, i asked the member of staff for assistance bt enquiring on the menu options, she gormlessly looked at me and dismissed helping me. I politely asked if her colleague or manager could help me, where she reluctantly beckoned her colleague next to her... he was also clueless.
When i advised i needed help, and do not have the app, another colleague came up and rudely made a point that i was asking a question and needed help with their menu. She blatently paused and did not assist me in order to assert dominance... all I wanted was a naked burrito, and wanted to know what goddamnit meat was gluten free 🤦🏼♀️
I'm appaled at each member of staff in that store and have not had such an experience I advised, politely, i just wanted to order food, where the manager said she was helping me, while scouling at me, treating me inferior and wasting my time.
I would not go back to anothet Tortilla branch with the current experience of today, I'm flabbergasted how staff treat their customers, let alone another human... i was a paying customer, eager to grab some food and eat... I left feeling mentally abused with Inadequate staff unable to answer simple question, and a manager who uses customers for their power trips.
I'm disappointed in you @Tortilla I thought...

We both agreed that the menu items are way too overpriced for what you get and thought it was awful that you had to pay extra for things like guacamole and salsa ??? You are also quite blindsided by the things you have to pay extra for, as the staff would ask if you wanted something e.g cheese sauce and wait until you said yes or no to then tell you it was extra £. We both ordered a burrito and were not impressed by what we received, it did not have much taste to it and for the price of £7.20 I don't think it was worth it. The sauce was also only one side of the burrito, meaning that it was hard to eat due to it coming out of the side. The staff were also quite awkward and rude, not really engaging properly with the customers and one of them even explained to us how to eat the burrito in a very condescending way. The restaurant itself was decorated nicely, however the atmosphere was very boring as there wasn't many customers and no music. Don't think we will be...
