Disgusting, this is only word that fits the customer service at your restaurant, my wife, who speaks English as a second language, went there for some lunch and misheard what the boy behind the counter said to her, not a big deal, but where I take serious offense is whilst he was making the order for her, he was smiling and mocking my wife with another one of your delightful staff. I'm really curious, do Pret as a business condone open bullying and ridiculing of customers on the basis of their ability to speak English? Which, by the way, my wife speaks very good English, sometimes if someone speaks fast she might not catch it first time is all. Customer service staff should be polite as a given, not make people feel small. The boy in question served my wife on 11/12/2023 at around 14:30, he was wearing white and made his snide comments to a lady wearing black. To say I'm angry is an understatement, seeing your wife brought to tears, calling you upset during work has made me furious, we will never set foot in your building ever again, but I would like a response from you as to whether this behaviour is condoned and if not, what...

This Pret is a nice spacious cafe with super comfortable seats and a good choice of food and drinks.
We came in here initially hoping to get a nice refreshing iced tea but unfortunately couldn’t see any on the menu (so assumed that iced tea isn’t an option in Pret, as we’ve never been to one before) there were bottles of green tea in the fridge but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for.
The cake selection was brilliant and all of them looked great, my partner chose a chocolate croissant - she said it was delicious and one of the best ones she’s ever had, it was nice and light pastry with plenty of chocolate filling/flavour.
We had a bottle of peach tea from the fridge which was ok but nothing amazing.
The leather seats in here are very comfortable and you’ll just sink into them, I honestly could have sat there for hours.
The staff were very friendly, at least the gentleman who served us was - he was very chatty and had a smile on his face which just made the whole transaction a...
Read moreWe went into Pret' in McArthur Glen Outlet Village to have a late lunch (3pmish), and should have gone elsewhere..... Tables and stools were available but we had to clean them with the spray and cloth left available for customers (although the barista offered to leave the desk to do this for me). On a scale of 1-10 (10 being cleanest), the shop and tables were a 4 with paper napkins strewn on the floor. A selection of sandwiches was still available but numbers were limited (only one tuna & cucumber that had been left over), so we bought a sandwich each and a drink. Usual wait for us for coffees (whilst I cleaned the table). The flat white was about 3 cm deep in the cup. I took it back and asked if that was right - it wasn't. I waited until all the new customers in the line were all served before my new coffee was given, still short, cold (tepid), and too frothy...... Didn't wait again, just thought I would write...
