Forget Facebook... And what people think, believe, WHATEVER... You can pay £10 to stay a maximum of 24 hours in a Van behind Tesco. There is a lay-by about 1 mile south of ullapool. Free, no probs for overnight stay only We were parking a T5 for 5 days while going to Stornoway. No parking facilities. Ferry company just told us Tesco's car park... aaarrggghhhhhh... No you can't!!! We asked at campsite... No deal. In the end we parked 4 streets back from ferry terminal on street. Not in anyone's view. No problems. So we did it mid September 2022... FACT!
