Kidzz Kingdom Soft Play — Attraction in Harlow

Great soft play for kids up to age 10, we booked in advance & although it says you have a 50 min time slot because it wasn't too busy we were able to stay longer. The kids had a great time, they said it was one of the better soft plays they had been too, (our kids ages range 4, 5 & 9) There is plenty of seating for adults but at times a little hard to see where the kids are so you need to keep tabs on them or go in parts with them if younger. Place itself and staff is OK but management is below poor. They are clearly overselling on weekends. Half os the place is booked and reserved for private parties leaving parents of other kids with nowhere to sit while waiting. I was there on my own with two kids and there was no spare chairs for parents to sit on as all was taken into reserved area. Prioritising profit before of service is not a good recipe. I took my 8 mouth old daughter here I don't know where to begin that's not a lot for babies here and when I took her in the ball pit which is made for babies older children were throwing balls and not playing nicely. I think If something is made for babies they should be staff members around in the size of this soft play area making sure that older kids stay out and follow rules would not be going again wild and wacky...
