Novo Lounge — Restaurant in Harlow

Zoey and Marcus created the perfect environment. Strangely enough we have grown to have a soft spot wit Zoey and she keeps our thirst quenched and our bellies full Marcus was so alone as to pop us in the beautiful table we’d asked for, upon which we were greeted with the happiest smile and simply put “perfect” We couldn’t have been catered to even need enough but no- even working her butt off she still found the time to chat with us for a sec and make SURE we were ok. The door was incredibly as per usual We had tapas, I had a burger and ordered some sides upon which I didn’t think the mortal man could enjoy so much🔪 We ordered two beer that were incredibly tasty and 2x long islands which at the lounge NEVER disappoints.

We mill be back if not for anything but to spend some time/have a drink with Zoe

The food was awesome, hot and was refreshing as to be expected and yet again I leave misled thinking, these guys especially zoe \ Zoey

I’m disabled also which makes things difficult for me to say the least.

I just wanted to also shout out regarding the disabled bathroom- I could’ve (wouldn’t have) eaten my supper off the side or toilet seat.

It’s incredibly refreshing to feel this comfortable about staff and 90% of the time- nothing is too much to handle for them.

Please give a massive shout out to Zoe as she worked he rare or ensuring we had the best time… mission accomplished- without Zoe’s kindness and seeming telepathy it seems everything came out of i’m and again always SO helpful. You really ought to give her a pay rise or I’d like her working for me.

You have more the a diamond staff there💎

We appreciate everything you do for us even in down to helping me to the washroom and going through the menu with me

Hope was an absolute superstar, she cater to all of our needs and she was very creative, kind, helped us with games et cetera et cetera. We did miss Zoe and we have seen her a few times before but hope definitely filled the gap. She has been fabulous throughout the night and I hope you guys value her as she is an integral part of your small commune restaurant and we like to come back to places like this where it’s very comfortable very likable people very calm and we can play games. Have a drink have a burger and just hang out and everybody is so kind, so please give Hope a thought when you’re given pay rises et cetera LOL but she has helped us through the evening and has been so fun to us and for that you really cannot put to words. Thank you for a wonderful evening. My partner and I have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. And we will definitely be returning due to staff like hope and Zoe. The atmosphere is fabulous, and it’s so nice to be able to sit down and play Jenga with my girlfriend have a cheeseburger and have a beer. It’s rare to not be hassled constantly and you guys have absolutely nailed it. Congratulations it's January and you probably just won the worst restaurant award from me , To start off and it was a good start to becoming the worst place I've been in a long time I got a bottle of may I add 0.0% beer and a coke , the glass was absolutely disgusting we didn't notice the coke glass until half way through it,, I was looking to the staff not 1 of them would attend the table then I went up said about the glass he agreed and said sorry about that ,, handed me a new glass he noticed it was the same and said sorry there all gona be like that come out of the dish washer ,, I work in a bar I know why the glass is like that ,, lazy people !! The food was just as bad 👎 won't be back not even with a free meal you would have to pay me to go there again ,, off the list !! Word to managers hope ye do something to save your restaurant !! Word to staff if the restaurant closes your the ones looking for a new job and ya get no tips for unhappy customers ,, the place was quite there wer a few behind the bar ye could of washed the glass and I can't go and cook your food for ye but wise up...
