We booked a children's party there. Booking process was simple enough. Our party host on the day was Alesia, a lovely girl. The food was fine and the party room was lovely, we got the one we expressed a preference for, for which I'm grateful. Unfortunately we had a few negative experiences though. We were told there were reserved tables for our guests but no signs were laid out, which led to mass confusion once guests started to arrive. By the time the signs were put out, it was too late, and guests were scattered everywhere, which led to a really disjointed gathering as nobody wanted to be relocated once settled. We accidentally left a large helium balloon on site that was very promptly destroyed without first checking with us. Whilst I completely understand the room needs to be cleared for changeover for the next party, a simple courtesy call (to check if we left it deliberately or not) would have greatly helped to avoid a devastated birthday girl whose only memory of her party now is that her beloved unicorn balloon was popped! I called within one hour of leaving the venue and it was already too late. Yes I appreciate weekends are super busy for bookings but as a small business, taking 60 seconds to make a courtesy call can make a huge difference in keeping it a personally run organisation - and would make a world of difference to a 4 year old. I asked for the birthday cake to be cut and shared equally across the 11 children, however the pieces put in the party bags were tiny slithers and we were given literally half the cake back to take home! Obviously by then it was too late to redistribute. It was rather embarrassing to be honest and I had to message all the parents after the party to apologise. I don't really understand why that was done. Based on the above, I wouldn't be booking at Parents...

This place was recommended by many people so I booked the venue 6 months in advance for a 3yr old birthday party, never having visited. I was impressed with the ease of booking and the flexibility with requests. We were met at the door with our party host, Olivia, who was amazing. She took us to the Jungle room and it was big and spacious and already set up. It also meant we had a base and massive table with benches for the kids, tables for the cake, presents and drinks. It was well decorated and im glad I didn't bother with balloons as they weren't needed. When I mean spacious, it fit 17 kids and their parents with room to walk around! Olivia was really good at explaining to us what we needed to know. The actual soft play was really impressive. There was an area for the under 5's and one for the 5+. As with all 3 yr olds, they didn't like to stay with the "babies", and we were able to use the bigger kids play area with adult supervision which was great. The cafe tab worked really well with the guests and there is an amazing range of hot and cold beverages, and food for the adults. After play, the kids were in their room and the birthday cake and singing done, Olivia took the cake away and cut it up for us. We didn't need to do anything! Food was served and gobbled up, drinks were drunk and ice lollies served. Loved how clean everything was, staff visible everywhere and bathrooms clean too (small seats for the little ones too!). All in all, everyone had a blast and everyone commented on what a great party it was and it literally was the venue choice, our party host Olivia and obviously the amazing birthday boy and his friends. Highly recommend and there is a reason you...

If I could give 0 for Nicki I would. Absolutely awful customer service. Called to ask if we could change the booking for another day as my nephew was taken to hospital and she advised me it’s not really good enough excuse as there is 3 adults and 4 children on the booking. Which is fine if they are not able to move it not a problem but her attitude was awful after paying £40. She said we have taken up a space and they are fully booked. I mean no one is going to go to softplay when a family member is being taken to hospital!!!

EDITED FOR A RESPONSE, please re listen to the recording. A refund was not what I was after, I asked to move the session, no one mentioned refund😬😂. Whoever you are as a manager/colleague you seem just as bad. Not once did she say, I’m sorry this has happened but unfortunately we are unable to move or even refund due to terms and conditions that would be fine as he was taken to hospital for a seizure, I was asked that I should’ve given them notice - for a medical emergency?!

Yes 30 minutes into a session because that’s when he was taken to the doctors who referred him to hospital immediately. There’s no way I can give enough time😂😂. And yes of course I got angry in response to not a good enough EXCUSE!, if I was just after a refund I would’ve continued to listen to your ‘colleague’ and accepted what she had to offer, in which at no point would we want to return to that softplay again. That is awful customer service. Have a bit of respect and I would’ve respected Nicki, but in...

I decided to take my daughter and her two friends for her birthday and I was shocked by the price £44. Apparently we were charged £1 each just for walking in. Then 3 adults were charged just for sitting down. The prices of coffee and food were extortionate. I went online and looked at linconsfield play centre, it would have been half the price. The place was due to shut at 6pm but at 5.30pm they started asking people to leave. The young workers were very friendly, but the older ladies who worked there were very rude and told me off because my child was drinking out of a water bottle not brought from them (even tho, I explained it contained her medicine) they told me she could not drink from the bottle. They then decided to announce over the tannoy that no one is able to drink or eat food not purchased from them. The toilets were out of paper and dirty., I could not get my wheelchair around here as the tables and seating were very close to each other. I used to come here at least twice a month pre COVID, I am shocked at how this place has changed and gone down hill.

This place is AMAZING!! SO much for my little boy to see and do. Lots of exploring for him around the play centre, lots of different areas for him and all closed off so little ones can't walk out. The food was lovely and I loved that you did a pick your own lunch for the kids and babies, that was a lovely little touch. All the staff were really friendly and polite and all had a smile on their face.😀 I'd definitely come here again with my mum friends. One thing I'd like to add not directed at the venue but to one of the parents their.. To the women who was on her phone the entire time " I feel sorry for your kids, yes they may have been enjoying themselves but you were so focused on your phone NOT once did I see you look up to see them. Not just to check on them but to see them enjoying themselves. Our little ones grow up so quickly, time with them is so precious, SO GET OFF YOUR PHONE and watch your kids grow up,I don't think you realise what you are missing.

Visited here today Tuesday 11th March 2025 with my wife and son for the first time and we all had a great experience. Out of all the soft plays that we have taken our baby to, this has to be the best I've been to. All the staff were fantastic and the place is very clean and well organised. The food was absolutely lovely. I had poached eggs on toast and my wife had a panini. We loved the idea of the pick and mix baby food menu. We also loved the fact that the baby area is segregated from the older kids section and There's plenty of parking. My only criticism would be towards the parents. Parents paradise have numerous signs inside the building to promote safety amongst the children, but I witnessed a few parents ignoring them. To the parents, please close gates behind you and please make sure your children do not climb up slides or go around the soft play with drinks in their hands. Thank you so much parents paradise. Will definitely be back. 5 stars
