🤬A disappointed experience🤬 I ordered a matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls, and upon tasting it, I found it overwhelmingly sweet with no discernible matcha flavor—just syrup. I spoke to the staff and asked if it could be remade with less sugar, which they kindly offered. However, when I agreed to the redo, I was asked to pay for a new drink, which seemed unreasonable given that the first drink was not even drinkable. I did not feel comfortable paying for another potentially unsatisfactory drink, so I decided to leave the first one behind at the counter. Unfortunately, the only resolution I received was an apology and a "hope you have a nice day," with no real effort made to address the issue or offer a better solution. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. I hope they take customer feedback more seriously...

In my opinion the matcha latte was a bit too sweet, and it lacked the signature matcha aftertaste, but it wasn't bad, kids would definitely prefer their matcha...
Read moreMe and my daughter recently tried this boba tea shop and we absolutely loved it. Very friendly service, extremely delicious bubble tea, and lovely decor (with some beautiful art on display). We've been several times in a few weeks, and I'm looking forward to trying the lavender earl grey milk tea...
