Primark — Local services in Lancaster

Went to buy a bra to find that there was only three bras in my size a 38F. I went to look in the sale rack to see if they had any in my size; I found three bras in the sale rack for £3, baring in mind my friend got the same bras and it cost her £3 but because my bras are larger i had to pay £13 for the same product when it was clearly displayed on the sale rack. I get accused of transfuring the sale sticker onto the item itself, when it was clearly displayed on the sale rack. The supervisor/manager spoke to me in an abrupt manner, no resolution of the matter was given. I was sent up to refund and exchange. I recommend that Primark have a wider range of stock for woman with big breasts and plus size clothing and also invest in showing members of staff training and also invest in some of their profits. Some staff need help with customer service, especially Beth (the supervisor) as she was not...

Not very happy with Primark today, I took bk a onesie to exchange it for a larger size i did explain it was a gift for my granddaughter & i didnt hve the receipt for it, the young girl on the desk said shouldnt be a problem but i need to get my manager so that was ok, he came neither of them had a look at what was inside my bag to check to see if it was ok or still had the tags on it which it did, instead he just said did you not get a gift receipt with it when i told him no, his reply was I'm sorry we cant do anything without the receipt, i then said i only want to get the bigger size as they had got the wrong one & i was wanting to buy something else too but he still said not without the receipt so with that i keft what else i was buying & told him how ridiculous it was & walked away never thought i would do that & i felt he was just do rude too goodbye primark i will always shop in...

the last visit to primark in lancaster was horrendous. the pricing of the men’s hoodies was all wrong when paying then tried to overcharge which we told them what the price said at the stand.the manager was called and was rude and told us that we were wrong and they were not gonna to honour the price so we didn’t buy the hoodies. we thought this was a one off until today. i picked up a pair of shoes in the women’s section which were shoes from last years summer collection and they had 3 red reduced stickers on for £1 so when paying they were £7. again the manager was called it was a different one to last time we went. the manger said someone had stuck the wrong sticker on and they was again not changing the price. the management in this primark are rude and unprofessional compared to other primarks. just seems that every time we go there is trouble...
