Such an incredible event, well organised and full of Christmas spirit! My children were 1 and 2 when we went, and while they were definitely a bit young to understand it all, there was so much to do and see that they were just in amazement all day! I can't wait to see them experience it in a couple of years, I'd say peak age would be around 5-6, when they can write their letter, make their bear independently, decorate the gingerbread man etc! That's not to say there's not plenty to do for other ages. The ice skating was so much better than I expected, and it wasn't timed which took the pressure off toddlers who didn't fancy it at first! 😅 It wasn't busy, because the whole event is organised in small groups, which meant you never felt crowded or herded around. We also couldn't believe that the crazy golf, trampolining and adventure playground were all included in the price! We were actually amazed by the amount of detail which was put into the day, from the costumes and acting of the elves, to the frosted 'snow' on the walkways to each activity and finally, to Father Christmas already knowing what my daughter wanted for Christmas, who her friends were in Nursery and reminding her to sleep in her own bed if she wanted presents, which I couldn't be more grateful for!! 😅

All in all, worth every...

We had the most magical day at the North Pole Experience in Liverpool! Our daughter, who had just turned 3, was absolutely in awe of everything, and it made for a truly unforgettable day. Having previously visited Otterspool Adventure Centre, we were already familiar with the area, but the North Pole Experience took it to a whole new level.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the visit to Father Christmas. Walking through the beautiful, tree-lined paths felt like stepping into a winter wonderland. The elves were incredibly friendly and added so much charm to the journey, making it feel even more immersive. Meeting Father Christmas himself was a delight—he was so kind, personable, and engaging with our daughter, making it a moment we’ll always treasure.

The Elf Workshop was another fantastic part of the experience. It was interactive, fun, and kept our daughter captivated. Every part of the experience felt well-thought-out and magical, making it totally worth the price.

We would highly recommend the North Pole Experience to anyone looking to create lasting memories with their family. It’s a perfect festive outing for little ones, and we can’t wait to go...

We had the most magical experience visiting the North Pole to meet Santa with my 2-year-old boy! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was filled with holiday cheer. The snowy landscapes and twinkling lights made it feel like we were in the heart of a Christmas wonderland.

The highlight of the experience was, of course, meeting Santa. My little one’s eyes lit up as we walked into Santa’s cozy workshop, where he was sitting by a roaring fireplace. Santa was so kind and patient, taking time to chat with us, even though my son was a bit shy. He handed him a special gift, which made the experience even more. The whole event was tailored perfectly for young children, with friendly elves guiding us along the way and ensuring everyone felt included.

There were also some fun interactive displays and activities, like cookie decorating am which kept my little one entertained. It was such a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season and create lasting memories.

If you're looking for a heartwarming, magical experience to share with your little ones, I highly recommend visiting the North Pole to meet Santa. It's truly an experience that brings the magic of...

Google Review for The North Pole Experience, Liverpool ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely magical time at The North Pole Experience in Liverpool! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we’d stepped into a Christmas wonderland. The actors were absolutely fantastic—every single one of them stayed in character, engaging both kids and adults. The costumes were incredible, adding so much to the experience. From the cheerful elves in their colourful outfits to Santa himself in his regal, traditional suit, everything was so detailed and authentic. The activities were brilliant—our kids loved writing letters to Santa, decorating cookies, and exploring the toy workshop. Meeting Santa was the highlight and he took the time to make every child feel special. Highly recommend this for families looking for a magical and memorable festive day out. We’ll definitely be back next year!
