The otterspool ice cream farm — Restaurant in Liverpool

Came here with friends a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon, and we all ordered something different from the menu. I ordered the Ploughman's Classic Sandwich and a large latte. I always look at the ingredients before I order, as I can't eat certain foods. Unfortunately, when my sandwich arrived and I started to eat it, I realised that it wasn't Piccalilli but Branston, which is not the same. I could have asked for it to be changed, but I am diabetic and needed to eat something quickly, so I just scraped it off as much as I could. Maybe this could be changed on the menu? One other issue I wanted to address is that the cutlery was brought with a small napkin and put directly onto a dirty bench, which is outside. What a great location! A modern airy café at the heart of Otterspool. Automatic doors. Well spaced tables. I was served quickly and efficiently and courteously by a great team of people. So why only 4* - no WiFi I rely on café WiFi. Most of my business meetings these days are held in coffee shops sharing a pot tea, sharing screens and sharing WiFi. I still loved the café and the people and my tea and toast and will return but I won't be able to schedule business meeting there which is a shame. Came as a bike group for brunch. Very happy because it has bike park space outside. Very spacious eating seats inside and outside. Comfy ambience and nice music on the background.
