It’s very heartbreaking to witness a young lady who needed an emergency prescription be treated so badly. I can’t believe what I saw. It’s so heartbreaking. There was an Asian girl who was so rude to her unprofessional she has no class and no manners and anywhere else she would’ve lost her job. I definitely feel like she’s discriminated against this young lady because she was a black young lady, I can’t believe how rude she was in public in In broad daylight With no care and no shame people were watching and not saying anything it was a mother with her Baby and myself that were just so shocked And Disturb Of what we were seeing What What I was thinking this mother spoke out loud she said you can see that She’s a very prejudice person she’s disgraceful Other There was a Before leaving there was senior woman who even started videoing On her phone, what was happening and we all started to talk that this has been going on for awhile and it’s very heartbreaking to see that’s how bad it was. Their repeat prescription service failed due to human error as they hadn’t marked my previous inhaler as collected. They asked me to return the next day, yet 3 days later they couldn’t dispense my inhaler still. I had to beg my doctor to discuss repeat prescription by phone, explaining that Boots should have ordered it on time but didn’t and that I couldn’t wait 2 days more. Unsympathetic pharmacist acting as if I was buying a coffee not trying to collect preventative medication which I can’t live my life safely without. Explained how upsetting her behaviour was and was met with shrugs and “call your GP” and “you should order it yourself” - can’t be relied on to provide the service they offer to save you hassle ironically. Absolutely dreadful, there’s no store worse than this in the uk …. Fact After about a year of bad experiences here I have finally written review Never any one to ask for help, 1 person on till. Boots scan to recycle- not available as run out of bags and service removed.

Click and collect forget it- plan at least 20 mins - pay the postage to home or spend over the threshold less stress

Prescription- pharmacy closed / huge queue Prescription printed off to take to near by pharmacy as they ‘don’t have staff’

Shelves empty poor product availability. Ripped off security tags on shelves - the place is utter shambles no care very poor management controls
