Food was super disappointing . Wings flop, dessert was terrible We were excited to try but those wing were coated in overpowering sauce -buffalo : super vinegary -dragon spice: literally salty with Chinese spice -Korean bbq: pure sugary -Smokey bbq: very meh -Herby lemon: a bit garlic but prob was the best out of this bad bunch yikes Dessert was pie of the day: cheesecake. So we thought it might be ok to try. WRONG. The presentation was like somebody’s 5 yr old put it together lol, bottom base was stodgy old biscuit (that old biscuit smell *gag*). Then some kind of chocolate fudge thing and unflavoured meringue(?). Sides with nasty looking whipped cream and some vanilla icecream (the only good thing about this dessert). £9 for a slice of old cheesecake : yeah no Service was ok. They don’t tell you to keep the pot of sauce from the first order because that’s the only sauce you’ll get. Those tiny pots would cost £1 extra *snort*

Really good bar. Went with my family, and whilst we were the only table in there with kids on a Thursday (early evening), it didn't feel unwelcoming. Good beer selection, as you'd expect and really good food. We are all vegetarian and really enjoyed the seitan Korean wings and plant based burger. We got a sharing plate of the vegan wings and couldn't finish them, they were so filling and utterly delicious. Sides were good too. Somehow my kids convinced me to get them the deep fried Oreos for dessert. I can't imagine anything worse but they loved them. Prices are in line with London casual dining and actual quite a bit cheaper/better quality than many chain pubs in London. Will be back again.

BrewDog has such wonderful potential. Great location. Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. Stopped in for an early dinner. Was greated with a smile and introduced the restaurant. Drinks and food arrived fairly quickly, but no one stopped to check in on us after the food was dropped on the table. The restaurant was practically empty, so I would have imagined that service would have been a little better. Ordered burgers, which were slightly overcooked, and the onion rings had no flavor in the batter. Not sure I would return, maybe just for drinks before heading to the cinema.

Worst experience so far! I’m not the kind of person to write a review but I feel the need to drop a review on this one. First, I was told by the bartender that they can’t serve coffee as they ran out of milk and I was offered with a refund instead but no refund was made, none at all. Then, I waited for 40 minutes for a buffalo wings and chips to be served I ended up asking them to take away as I have an appointment and I’m running late. Lastly, the most important thing, the food was awful, too salty I couldn’t eat it, it ended up in the bin. I hate throwing my food but It’s inedible, it’s as if they made it on purpose to make it taste like that because I asked them Nicely to check my order as I’m running late, I wasn’t even demanding, I was begging very nicely and politely. The bartender/waiter apologised and I feel sorry for him. There’s only one person running around bartender/waiter like a headless chicken in the restaurant, unless he’s the owner I hope they pay him double. Wasted £18+ for nothing. I hope that they...

We have eaten here twice as a company now, once for dinner and once for lunch, as we work in the local area.

Our initial dinner experience was mixed, with the food being ok but overpriced and the service friendly but chaotic. We decided to give the place another try as that was opening weekend and we figured they had some kinks to iron out.

The second time we visited, Wednesday 8th March, we figured we’d try their ‘Wings Wednesday’ lunch. This was an even worse experience. Service was non existent. The place was completely dead, and the food itself was not great. Saytan chicken wings were dry and chewy, cauliflower chicken wings were just soggy bits of cauliflower coated in sauce, and the real chicken wings left us all feeling quite sick.

Subsequently several members of our team have been sick over the next couple of days.

Overall their kitchen needs a total overhaul and their staff need training in customer service. Go elsewhere and don’t...

Watched a video on YouTube of a YouTuber eating at BrewDog “beard meets food” . He definitely received VIP service because what we saw on YouTube was far from the service and quality of food we received. We went to BrewDog for your all you can eat chicken wings.

  1. 10-15 minutes for the first 12 wings(good wings) ,
  2. next batch of 6 wings wait time 10-15minutes(Good wings) , 3)next batch of 5 wings wait time10 -15 minutes(burnt wings with excessive batter and the waiter argued that we received six wings so we counted our bones with her) , 4)next batch of 7 wings wait time 10-15 minutes the wings were burnt and had excessive batter.

The wings at this point were terrible and it was really disappointing so we told them to stop bringing wings. It’s difficult to enjoy an all you can eat when you wait so long for chicken wings and the fact that we were the only table I can’t image what the kitchen was doing to be so slow.

We won’t...
