Butterfield Green — Attraction in London

Mini-park close to Stoke Newington High Street. Ups: Small circular green where people lounge around on sunny days; kids love this park for the exploring opportunities including a wooded area and enchanting little rocky zone (pictured, although the hand pump you see is no longer there and has been replaced by a smaller, more practical one for children). Hidden Gem!!! When sun is out then London is out!!! Was looking for a cute little hideout from big parks n crowded areas to get the full sun to myself and then stumbled upon this beauty! A small park that could do with a little more attention from its local council. Has a basketball / games court, a rather old and small younger children's play area, an adventure playground in need of some updating and a seldom-used bandstand. Interestingly, it also has a community orchard.
