Your little green area based nearby The Brewery, it has your standard kids apparatus (Cottons Park Play Area), outdoor gym and ball court. Not bad for letting your little ones kill a hour or two. Cotleigh Road (Stop N) would be your nearest stop if you're getting here via bus or Romford (Overground/TfL Rail/greateranglia) if trains and car (Cottons Park Car Park) for free parking. They had fun...

Great place for the children and for the pets. The playground is protected by fence so no pets are allowed inside and there is a special place for the pets to do their job. The park also have carpark which is paid but it's very cheep to park there. Great outdoor space.

Lovely park with plenty of facilities. It has a free parking car park but spaces are limited. It has a large area, a scateboard park, rugby field and plenty of open field for playing football.

Great park for all ages as there is also a skate park and large field, including exercise gym. The park has two sets of swings for younger and older children. It also has a roundabout and slide attached to a small jungle gym and a larger one. There is a tyre swing and climbing frame with a small walk asult course and a couple of bouncy see saws. There is a nursery in the car park where my 3 year old goes. She loves it there and the staff are friendly and teach her more than I would have expected for a nursery of which I am very happy for as she has become very smart and willing to learn. I would recommend cotton buddies nursery as well as cottons park...

This park? Absolute perfection. Trees? Majestic. Grass? Softer than my pillow. Birds? Singing like they’re auditioning for The Voice. I sat on a bench and felt like a main character in a coming-of-age movie. A squirrel made eye contact with me pretty sure we had a spiritual connection.

But let’s talk about the real stars: the ducks. These little guys run the show. One waddled up to me with the confidence of a CEO, stared at my sandwich, and I swear, I felt threatened. I gave him a piece. He nodded in approval. I have now been accepted into the duck mafia.

Overall, 10/10. Fresh air, free entertainment, and a slight fear of waterfowl....

Nice park space with child area and skate board park. Child swings and slides etc with rubber matting for safety is provided and the play area is fenced off for safety . Climbing frames and rocking horses and roundabouts etc are all present. Adult or older children can use the activity area which is separated from the younger children's area and provides fitness apparatus if your keeping fit. Dog owners can walk and exercise dogs in the main park and sports etc take place on the large playing field ,Havering Council maintain the park well...
