Domino's Pizza - London - Balham — Attraction in London

During my visit to this store, I witnessed unprofessional and rude behavior of a manager or someone in charge at the time with their own staff. Clearly pizza maker wasn't the one who making the pizza, in fact the orders and what ingredients on that specific pizza was being dictated in a really rude manner by this so called manager who was in charge in the evening of 31/10/19. Clearly I would have imagined those staff behind the preparation table should have had all necessary training before being put in that place to work. In the end I got one of the worst pizza and of course a headache from the manage who keep repeating and dictating to staff what to do and how to...

Picked up 2 pizza's last night which were warm (at best). Walk home is no more than 3 minutes from the shop. When I called up to complain, the rude employee took no ownership and said 'well it's not our fault'. After questioning this response with 'well is it ours?', his snarky reply was 'well it must be, I can see a lady in front of me right now who can't eat her pizza, it's that hot!'. Great for her, but after paying £20 for 2 warm pizza's the level of service isn't even what you'd expect from a pizza shop run by 2 10-year-old's let alone a multi-national corporation. Average pizza, awful experience and awful attitude from staff- bad representative...

Very mediocre customer service. The staff were extremely arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. They don't say thank you after serving a customer, which is very unprofessional and act as if they are doing the customers a favour in spite of the expensive prices that they charge for their pizzas. But what really annoyed me was the fact that their pizza was awful, not the traditional, authentic Domino pizza that I used to enjoy. It wasn't even as good as the pizzas that I purchase from the local supermarkets and that's a shame.
