The Post Food Court — Restaurant in London

I went to Amazen for my birthday party here, service was terrible they took extremely long to reply after i paid the deposit. The manager brought multiple of their older friends into my private even as it was my 18th birthday it was mixed with freshly 18 year olds and minors which was extremely uncomfortable. One of the managers friends psychically assaulted me by pushing me at full force multiple times and shouting and swearing at me telling me to leave after i was just trying to get my bag. The security member they provided was terrible arrived two hours late and multiple of my guests saw him in his car drinking alcohol whilst he was supposed to be on the premsis which i was still expected to pay for. The manager asked multiple of my guests half way through for me to pay which was very innaproite when he was going to be paid either way. Information which was told to me prior was changed and they was not following what i had been previsely told. Shisha was agreed on but there was none. never been served like this in my life. paid 10 pounds for 1/4 chicken and waffles.

guy comes to me and informs that he doesn't have waffles. i tried asking him to swap the order and just get burger as it also cost 10 pounds. he said he CANNOT do that because HE ALREADY IS COOKING QUARTER CHICKEN. are you serious?

managed to ask for burger buns instead. order arrived. no waffles, no burger buns as replacement. boyfriend did not receive his side as well.

we were told we will get free waffles in 15minutes. after we have finished our meals, never received promised food.

I really REALLY wanted to love this place! My husband and I popped there for lunch today and were really disappointed. We shared a salad from Beyroots and some spring rolls/gyzoza from BAOBAO. The spring rolls were completely burnt through and the gyozas very oily with a tasteless filling. The Lebanese salad was tiny and only contained 4 pieces of lamb. We paid extra for halloumi as well and there were only a couple of barely cooked slithers there. We paid over a tenner for each dish and had to wait about 20mins for our food. It's such a shame as this could have so much potential but unfortunately, it's its failed spectacularly in execution. The food is shockingly overpriced and well below average standards and the service frustratingly slow....
