Read moreDonât buy from Ikea any more ! We bought whole kitchen from Ikea after two months ago and still my kitchen is not finished. We are going through with the service and the availability of the item. 1st we went to Ikea Milton Keynes and got the design of the kitchen. And then we went to Wembley Ikea and change the design and they gave us a link to pay. So, when we did the order, that time no one said if the few cabinet doors was not in stock. But then when we got our delivery, few items were over and some was missing and some was white and some black shelfs colour as few of them was out of stock and two damage door and we have wrong door size as well. After that they came to collect it and then they send us new delivery and pick the one which was wrong. and the 2nd delivery they bring wrong items, wrong colours and two cupboards and 2 drawers' doors was missing. And when we contacts they said itâs out of stock in the Uk.Now we have already fitted 90% of our kitchen and some of the items are not available and saying they are out of stock.
This is ridiculous service. If there is not enough stock available, why the staff placed an order for whole kitchen. We ordered and we are in the position where our kitchen is not ready yet, we are struggling a lot with a mess in the house. Now for the 3 rd time we have to send everything back and we will get everything new and we have to change the colour, but we wanted brown walnut with black shelf which we have to change to white shelf. Due to this we have to order food from outside every day and ended up spending too much money on food. If this is not considered as a priority, I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from Ikea and suffer like us. Your staff saying to wait more than 3 weeks to order the remaining parts outside the UK. So how much longer we have to wait, if not come I will refund everything.I make complain but nobody responds to me anything . I think...

The customer service in this store is appalling. The sales staff show complete indifference, looking straight through you as if you donât exist. The product return process is absolutely dreadful.
I had to return just two small items that didnât fit, yet I ended up waiting 50 minutes with a number. I have never seen such disgraceful service. Out of eight return desks, only four were open. And this was on a weekday, at 11 in the morning! Around forty people were crowded in line, but not a single manager came out to assist or to open more return counters. It felt like nobody cared how long customers had to wait.
Everything moved at a painfully slow pace. The staff at the desk took ages to process each return, going through every little detail. To make matters worse, all inquiries are now handled by the same ticket systemâwhether youâre returning an item or just have a quick question, youâre forced to wait together by number.
The system seems deliberately designed so that if youâre returning something small and inexpensiveâsomething you quickly regret buyingâyouâll likely give up and leave, unwilling to waste an hour just to get ÂŁ5â7 back. People see the long wait, turn around, and decide itâs not worth it.
I canât tell if this dreadful service is unique to this if all Ikea branches are now like this. When I asked the cashier why it was so bad, she had nothing to say except a repeated, âSorry.â It seems the staff are only trained to apologize, not to actually solve problems.
No one cares about the customers or the time theyâre losing. At this point, it feels safer to buy only if youâre absolutely sure you wonât need to return the itemâor else try another store, though who knows if it will...
