Istanbul Kebab house — Attraction in London

I was a bit apprehensive about this place as it just looked a bit too bare and basic.

But this is hands down one of the best kebabs I've had in London, so happy it's my local!

The chicken doner wraps are massive, especially for the price it truly is a bargain.

The wrap itself is delicious and supple and holds everything together well (not the chewy thick wrap used in other places). The meat is succulent and perfectly cooked, never had it under or over cooked. My cats go mental for it too which is always a good sign as they really wouldn't eat a lot of other meats from fats food places. Salad is also fresh and good ratios of everything. Garlic sauce is great but the chilli sauce is the superstar here; flavourful yet with a kick.

I've now tried the chicken wings also and they were perfect too.

Staff are also always friendly and polite.

Only downside for me here is they don't...

My experience isn’t a good one order via just eat as was in the area to collect the order. Enter shop bald man gave me nasty look. Then start talking a different language. I explained to them that order from just eat and here to collect MY order. The three men started to bark at me to accept the order. Never felt so demeaning. Wasn’t talking to me like a customer but like one of their couriers. Left disgusted. Blatantly racist. Was my first and last time using the kebab place. I'm not one for eating kebabs, but i would actually give this a 4.5 star rating! As there is always room for improvement,  however I've bypassed this kebab shop for years in choice of Gulen's on brockley Road 🤦🏾‍♀️ and i can honestly say....I made a sad mistake overlooking this kebab shop.
