Dear Palace Enfield Shopping Administration,

It is with considerable regret that I find myself compelled to provide feedback on the persisting issues at your shopping park, which have regrettably endured for several months.

The continuous malfunction of lifts has become an enduring concern, and despite sporadic apologetic notices, there seems to be a disheartening lack of substantive action taken to rectify the situation. This extended period of service disruption is not only inconveniencing but also reflects a concerning lapse in maintenance and attention to customer needs.

Additionally, the fact that parking charges continue unabated, despite the ongoing service shortcomings, adds a layer of dissatisfaction to an already challenging experience. It is my earnest hope that, given the protracted nature of these issues, the administration would prioritize a comprehensive resolution strategy.

In light of the extended duration of these challenges, I strongly urge the administration to reassess its approach to customer communication. Transparent updates on the progress made in addressing the lift malfunctions and a fair adjustment to parking tariffs during these prolonged disruptions would significantly enhance customer trust and satisfaction.

Great place for shop with numerous brands in one place from shoes ,clothes and beauty as well paper and craft ,jewelery,electronics and coffe and cake stands ,waffles and burgers stands as well shoes repairs and key cutting services...all under one roof ...even during rain you will found place .

Comes is linked with near by lidl via connector leading from parking space on the rooftop...comfy when rain or you want avoide pass street with baggy or super active toddler.

Mark and Spencer as well McPearson to max Diechman in same complex....you can plan all day shopping and lunching under one roof.

Vis a vis of complex Enfield Market with even more bargains and hand craft .

On middle of complex a spot to seat...

Enf is so nice to walk through all shop staff polite and friendly marks and specers and Pearson's are my two favourite places to shop both places have very well trained staff nothing is to much trouble to ask they go that extra mile and that makes all the difference I may not live locally but what I see in my two fav place is worth the travelling exp all the other shops are well staffed with great knowledge what they they are selling when I go on hols I don't get that shopping exp like I do in enf I looked forward to my hot drinks in Pearson's on my return Pearson's is well organized with team work well done to the team ten out...
