The actual play infrastructure is great, but the crowd-control leaves a lot to be desired. There were 2 to 3 times more children than there probably should have been, and I suspect most of them weren't paying.
I bought tickets for my family, but when we went in there was nobody to check them -- we just walked straight in. I sat at a table where two other families had just done the same and were equally perplexed. In hindsight, I think we'd all entered through the exit, and I still have no idea where the entrance is. Obviously plenty of other people had figured out this hack as well, and were taking advantage of it.
The website implies space for 40-50 kids, but there were somewhere between 100-150, and most of those were freeloaders. People were packed in to the point where it felt unsafe. The kids ended up having a great time, but I don't think we'll go back.

Read moreFacilities themselves are not too bad and so far we had no issues until today when trying to order a drink at their cafe. Whoever the lady running it today was, she was extremely unpleasant unprofessional and couldn't process a very simple order for two drinks. Instead of hello I was welcomed with a sigh and "what is that you wanted?!" , an eye roll and huff and puff for having to get up and put her cup down to get my order. Ended up charging me £5.5 for a cup of builders tea and wouldn't refund the difference as this was not something she could do. I was told to "go and look for someone, somewhere" who could help because she didn't know what to do. Spoke to the manager who gave me their head office email address. Emailed right there and then but obviously not a priority as not heard back. Will definitely be avoiding this place...

Big kids seemed to be bent over. It seems relatively clean. Yes there's dirt and balls aren't shiny! But to be honest, it's a play area for kids, so expected it. It's not the worst. They could invest in doing a big clean but...
Seating area - Good amount of seating area for parents/guardians. Can be a bit messy with food or left over crumbs but I think that comes with the price. (Faily cheap)
Cafe - They have one. Bought a slush puppy for £3.40!!
Overall experience was pleasant. Kids had fun. I would visit again. It's not a bad place for a wet day for the kids to play!
Parking - Free 90 minutes parking and or pay £1 per hour...
