Smoke Pan — Restaurant in London

I will start with the 1 positive - the food is actually decent and I would recommend it to anyone allday! However, this shop doesnt have any consistency with opening times I have been waiting outside for half an hour beyond their stated opening time and shutters are still halfway down, this is having to battle for a parking space that was a 10 minute walk away from the restaurant.

Have had to resort to phoning in advance to avlid wasting my time, but then no one dares to answer the phone in this place, which makes we wonder whether these people have a clue about how to run a business? It's not just a case of collecting money and cooking good food, but you should also be providing a service and demonstrating some kind of professionalism as at minimum! Very unprofessional!!!

As for the atmosphere, there isnt much to say. It is quite dull inside, literally a case of get in and out (if you can catch them open) eating in doesn't really appeal to me in this place.

It is such a shame and an embarrassment that this is the same frustrating and unprofessional mentality that you only seem to get from Caribbean shops! This review should be 4 stars based on the food. but the unprofessional service is really that bad that even 2 stars is being kind.

By far the best Caribbean takeaway I have had in years! They delivered way before it’s set time, packaged the food well, no spills!! The food was portioned so well! Good amounts of oxtail and rice!!! The flavouring was spot on! A great blend of sweetness and spice! Myself and my wife who is a oxtail connoisseur, highly recommend this place for oxtail!!!
