Exceptional little gift shop!!!

Came here to ask if they do giftwrapping, as I bought a special something from China for my boyfriend's mother.

The ladies at the shop immediately found me a really cool box that has the prints of the classic 'Paul Smith stripes' on it. Next, they picked 2 colours of wrapping papers that perfectly match my gift, then started wrapping it with lots of love and care. I was excited just to watch how it was done from design to the handiwork.

Before the gift was wrapped roughly with bubble wraps, now it's presentable and I'm ready to meet my bf's mother for the first time. ❤️

Not happy with service made to feel unwelcome awkward moment when I finally paid with my card the look of shock on face as if they thought I was wasting their time maybe thats why they ignored my asking for assistance in picking appropriate card and scented candle also had to ask for gift bag selection even though I mentioned it was a gift they also refused to help me wrap even though I noticed a craft room at back of shop...WONT BE GOING BACK ...TOTAL SNOBS IN A MULTI CULTURAL AREA ...FISHES OUT OF WATER SPRINGS TO MIND...BTW THE SINGLE STAR IS FOR THE CANDLE WAS TOLD IT WAS LOVELY SHAME ABOUT...
